The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited (HKMC) launched the brand "HKMC Retirement Solutions“ in 2019 which include the Reverse Mortgage Programme, Policy Reverse Mortgage Programme and HKMC Annuity Plan. These 3 products aim to provide retirees with immediate, stable and lifelong streams of income to enhance the quality of their retirement life.
A loyalty programme specially designed for retirees, known as “AMIGOS By HKMC” (AMIGOS), was therefore founded. It serves as an informative and interactive platform for promoting a healthy life style and providing tips on retirement planning, health and wellness, leisure, arts and culture by organising different sorts of activities.

Terms and Conditions
1.AMIGOS By HKMC (AMIGOS) Mobile Application (Mobile App) Promotion (Promotion) is launched by HKMC Premier Solutions Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited (HKMC). This Promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions.
2.From now to 31 December 2020 (Promotion Period), participants will be entitled to a HK$50 supermarket coupon (Coupon) provided that the following requirements are satisfied (Eligible Participants):
• are 18 years old or above;
• have downloaded the Mobile App;
• have submitted ‘Information Subscription Form’ in the Mobile App by providing full name, age, valid email address, valid mobile number, valid correspondence address in Hong Kong and relevant information (Submission) and the submitted ‘Information Subscription Form’ being accepted as successfully registered (Registration);
• confirm that they are neither members of the AMIGOS nor staff of the HKMC and its subsidiaries (HKMC Group Staff) at the time of Submission; and
• have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
3.The Coupon is available in limited quantity, on a first come, first served basis, and there will be no compensation due to late Registration. The time of Registration shall be determined by HKMC Premier Solutions Limited at its absolute discretion.
4.Each Eligible Participant can only participate once in this Promotion.
5.The Coupon will be sent to the Eligible Participant by registered mail to the address provided in his/her Submission within 6 weeks after the successful Registration. HKMC Premier Solutions Limited will not be responsible for any damage, misuse, theft or loss of the Coupon.
6.Under no circumstances is this Promotion offer transferrable, exchangeable for other gifts or cash.
7.Eligible Participants hereby acknowledged that the Coupon is subject to the terms and conditions imposed thereon by the issuer of the Coupon. Neither HKMC Premier Solutions Limited nor any of its parent companies or subsidiaries will be liable in any event for any dispute arising from the Coupon and/or the quality and usage of the products/services redeemed by the Coupon.
8.HKMC Group Staff is not entitled to participate in this Promotion.
9.HKMC Premier Solutions Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this Promotion, to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, or to decline any ‘Information Subscription Form’ without giving any reason. In case of dispute, HKMC Premier Solutions Limited shall have the absolute right of final decision.
10.In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
11.These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
